We do not set fixed prices since the scope of work and the required time & costs vary for each project. Our clients receive a detailed estimate before the project commencement as well as regular time reports later on but invoices are issued twice a month, only for the hours actually devoted to the project.
We prepare weekly reports including work already done, the time spent on the project, a detailed plan for the next week, and our notes & comments.
We do not assign project managers. Though their participation often seems essential for business analysis and at early stages of project works, they may be unnecessary intermediaries in exchange of information. At Promoship, we let our clients communicate directly with the person dedicated to the development process via a chat, Asana or GitHub issues tracker.
